The “Notify me” registration
On the page of a work, you can leave your email address to be notified when its sale opens. We record your address, the work concerned, the language of the page and whether or not you choose to receive news from the gallery. From the home page, you can also register to be notified when the gallery’s sale opens: we then record the same information, without a particular work.
From the gallerist page, shown as a demonstration, you can register to be notified when “Hang in my home” opens, a feature designed for RELICKEEPER card holders. We record your address, the language of the page and whether or not you choose to be notified when the gallery’s sale opens; if you tick that box, a registration for the opening of the sale is recorded as well. Your address is kept until the feature opens plus three months, and twelve months at most. No photo is requested from you: the rooms shown are examples prepared by the gallery.
Purpose: to notify you when the sale of this work, or of the gallery, opens and, if you ticked the box provided for this purpose, to send you news from the gallery. Legal basis: your consent.
This registration does not reserve any copy or number, does not set the price and does not commit you. It does not create an account.
The gallery’s waiting list
From the home page, you can join the gallery’s waiting list. We only ask for your email address.
Purpose: to keep you informed of the gallery’s progress and of its opening. Nothing else will be sent to you without a new consent. Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box provided for this purpose.
Double confirmation: after you register, an email asks you to confirm. Until you open the link it contains, you are not registered. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
Emails are sent by mailing-list software installed on our own server. Your address is not entrusted to any newsletter service. It is kept until you unsubscribe, after which it is deleted, and at most twelve months after the gallery opens. An unconfirmed registration is deleted after thirty days.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, through the unsubscribe link or by writing to contact@relickeeper.fr with the subject « Liste d'attente relickeeper.art ». To limit abuse, the IP address of the request is kept in memory for one hour at most, without being recorded.
This sign-up is free: it reserves no work and no number, sets no price and commits you to nothing.
Retention period
Until the sale of the work concerned opens, plus three months, and at most twelve months from registration. After that, the registration is deleted automatically.
Recipients and hosting
Your data is neither sold nor handed over to third parties. It is accessible only to authorised staff of the gallery and hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias, Genève, Suisse. Switzerland benefits from an adequacy decision of the European Commission.
Protection against bots
The form is protected by a calculation performed by your browser and checked by our server, without any third-party service. Your IP address is used to limit the number of registrations per hour; it is kept in memory for one hour at most and is not recorded.
Settings kept in your browser
Day or night mode and the state of the Pass Lock (the demonstration preview of the RELICKEEPER card) are saved in your browser, at your request. These are simple display settings: they contain no identifier, are not passed on to anyone and are not used for audience measurement. You erase them by clearing this site’s data in your browser.
The language is kept in a one-year “lang” cookie, read by our server to display pages in that language; it is not passed on to any third party. Two technical cookies are also used for the site to work: “_medusa_cache_id”, a random cache identifier kept for twenty-four hours, and “_medusa_locale”, the language of the session. None is used for advertising or audience measurement.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict and object to its processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the processing carried out before the withdrawal. To exercise these rights, write to the contact address given above.
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the Commission nationale de l'informatique et des libertés (CNIL), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr.
